@bpi_sports iced vanilla cupcake review .
250 cal / 9f / 29c / 20p / 10fiber .
Again a very unappealing bar on the visual and aroma side of things. Tan bar with a yellowish white coating mimicking icing I would assume. Just a few small sprinkles scattered throughout the bar as well. Honesty I couldn’t even hammer out a smell on this bar, I think they were trying for a bday cake aroma or something but it’s to faint. Very very weird off putting taste as soon as you bite into, with a weird texture. You think it would be soft n chewy but it almost has a plastic feel to it. No real taste either other than a bit of sweetness at the end. I took only as many bites needed to make this review. Yet another dissipointment from @bpi_sports and their bars. Definitely sad I wasted money on these, but I knew I would not be surprised, yet I had to do it for you #fitfam .
@bpi_sports white chocolate pretzel review
250 cal / 9f / 32c / 20p .
Visually extremely unappealing here. Tan bar with a white bottom coating with pretzels scattered through out. Not really much of a smell here. Kinda just like their other bars. Little bit of white chocolate that’s it, but not a very pleasant smell. Very bland taste here. Extremely sticky, I don’t taste pretzel or w.choc, almost no crunch from the pretzel and you really only get a small vanilla sweet taste twords the end. Very disappointed with this bar. Little high on the macros being 9f and 32 c but they say it’s only 12 net carbs cause of fiber but I don’t follow that. I definitely would never buy this again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. .

@completenutrition Salted Caramel Cashew review.
240 cal / 9f / 28c / 20p
Pretty good macro split, just a bit higher than your average bar. 65g total bar so typical size as well. It’s got a tan based bar with crushed up cashews in it, then layered with a caramel base. Real food based bar with 10g of Whole Foods, good amount of fiber, coconut oil for some healthy fat source. Faint salted caramel aroma, nothing to strong. It’s got a few crisps in there but can barely tell. The bar has a great chew with it, could just use a bit more texture appeal for me. Main flavor with this bar is the salted Carmel. Don’t get a ton of cashew, so if it wasn’t on the label and I didn’t see them I might not know they were in the bar. Flavor wise it reminds me of eating a caramel chew or caramel candy. Definitely was a nice treat. Maybe increase the salted part just slightly. Overall this bar was delicious and definitely recommend giving it a try.
Overall : 8.5/10
@completenutrition Dark Chocolate Cherry Review –
250 cal / 10f / 33c / 20p .
Highlights: 10g of Whole Foods, 19g of fiber, sweetened with stevia, and 5g of sugar. Very nice aroma with a chocolate covered cherry smell tickling the nostrils. 72g bar so just a bit bigger than quest bars. Chocolate base bar with a dark chocolate under coating, crisps scattered throughout the bar, and lots of cherries visible on the top. Really good chew with this bar, and the crisps give it nice texture. Good blend of chocolate to cherry in this bar. Main flavor I get is chocolate with cherry accompanying it. I do get a bit of a dry cocoa powder aftertaste though. I think some sea salt would of made a killer edition to this bar but it’s not needed. I would increase the structure of the crisps a bit so they give off more of a crunch or last longer, but that’s personal opinion. Overall this was a really nice bar and a bit of a change up and bit different than your usual quest bar. Excited to try the other flavor I have. .
Overall – 7.8/10 , not a huge cherry fan so you might rank this even higher! Would pick this up over most quest flavors tho .
Have you guys tried these yet? What you think? Definitely a solid pick up if you haven’t yet. .

PHD protein flapjack apple/raspberry –
270cal / 6.6f / 37c / 19p Visually has a thick gooey oat top layer than a white chocolate coating over the bottom. Bit bigger weighing in at 75g compared to a typical 60g bar. Absolutely phenomenal raspberry aroma. The bar had pretty good chew, but is a tad dry the more you eat it. It’s strong flavored in the raspberry side and little in the apple. Overall the flavoring of the bar was way to artificial for me, and that’s saying something. I actually only ate about half as I had gotten tired of the flavor. Bit higher in carbs, which is coming from the oats I would assume. Not the worst bar I’ve had, but I definitely wouldn’t go out of my way to snag one.
Macros: 210 cals 7g fat / 24 carb / 21 protein / 10g fiber / and only 1g of sugar
Taste: At first bite it wasn’t terrible but nothing special. I felt that there just wasn’t enough bang from the chocolate that was there let along get the feeling of eating a chocolate brownie. The crisps were nice, but yet again not strong enough of a chocolate flavor. Now the tan filling at first glance threw me off but I thought that it may just be how their coloring turned out. With further eating IMO it tasted like it should of been a chocolate chip cookie dough flavor vs a chocolate brownie.
Texture: Soft and flexible with a nice chewy consistency. Just a tad bit of graininess, but I did like the added ‘crunch’ from the crispies even though I felt they didn’t ‘crunch’ enough.
Heat test: of course I had to try in the microwave as well. 10 sec later it turned it quite soft, maybe even just a tad to much. I thought it helped improve the taste of the bar as I then had the ‘melty’ feel well eating.
Overall thoughts: I am going to give this a 6.5/10. Mainly because the lacking of a rich chocolate, and the filling throwing me off.
@ohyeahnutr white chocolate raspberry.
I was very happy with this bar. Right off the bat it had a great aroma to it. Nice thick WC coating, and great visual appeal inside and out. It was a nice blend of white chocolate then the more you chew you got blasts of raspberry. Great chew on this one as well. I actually was curious how it was fair cold, and I definitely was a fan.
8/10. Beats quest, specially if they added some Chunks

@ohyeahnutr Almond Bliss
Very strong coconut aroma when first opening which worried me as I don’t like coconut but it wasn’t very overpowering, just a subtle backdrop. Nice Chocolate coating with 3 almonds placed over a nougat filling. I loved the addition of almonds for a crunch factor, and the nougat as well had a bit of a crunch which was nice. Chocolate flavor was good, but not super prominent. I also felt the nougat lacked overall flavor. I thought the more you chewed it the blander/dryer it got. The coconut did linger in your mouth for awhile though. I don’t come across @ohyeahnutr bars to often as they are not in my area so this was unfortunate, but I’ve heard great things about their bday cake and cinnamon bars.

@ohyeahnutrition Lemon Cake Review.
Cals – 220
I was expecting a nostril filling lemon aroma when opening this but was slightly let down. Faint lemon at best imo. Visually it looks sharp with a Nice thick white coating over a yellow filled bar. Not to firm, but not to swishy. Very good chew. Taste again I am let down. I get a bit of white chocolate sweetness but then the lemon never really comes to steal the show. It’s more of a backdrop flavor. I also felt like the more you chewed this the grainier it got. They do throw in a few crisps to help with the texture, but not a ton to really make a huge impact. Not overly sweet which is a plus until you get to the last bite before swallowing then you get more of a sweet hit. Overall wasn’t a huge fan of this. Definitely needs work on the lemon flavoring and the graininess.
Also has 10g sugar alcohols in it which I know some like to stay away from as you can’t digest them well.

@ohyeahnutrition Bday Cake Bar
220cal / 7f / 24c / 21p
First glance it’s a very average size bar, yellow filling, white outer coating, and sprinkles. Not much of an aroma, other than a faint vanilla? Pretty chewy bar, soft, just a slight bit of crunch from the sprinkles. First notable flavor is vanilla and nothing else really jumps out at me in terms of flavor profiles. Fairly sweet, but just short of being to sweet. The more you chew the more you do get a bit of the graininess from the fiber. Aftertaste That’s left in my mouth was nothing special either. Overall the bar is definitely edible and above average, yet nothing spectacular imo. Nothing really jumped out at me.
@ohyeahnutrition peanutbutter pie
Sorry for the darkness lighting at work is meh.
220cal / 8f / 23c / 22p
Very nice peanut butter aroma when opening. Peanut butter coating as well. Standard size bar. Pretty good peanut butter flavor but nothing overwhelming or lasting. Some Chew but no real texture appeal. I think there is some crispies in the bar but you can notice them. Smooth texture for the most part, not to grainy. Was I the only one who got a weird aftertaste? Not a terrible bar, but definitely nothing to WOW me.
@ohyeahnutrition review – Mint Chocolate Chip
Cals – 220 / 7f / 24c / 21p
Very strong Mint aroma when opening which is nice. Solid chocolate coating with a pale green filling. With the smell of this I had high hopes, but once again I am let down. There was literally no taste in this bar. Just a faint peppermint back drop that faded quick. Slightly grainy when chewing. Honestly not much to say about this bar. Few bites in was all I needed to know this was a dud.

230 cal / 9f / 24 c / 20p
Pretty visually appealing. Mine seemed to be faded out with the coating as it was barley enough to cover the bar but so thin it’s see thru. Nice little design over the top, and a cinnamon filling. Not a very strong cinnamon aroma with this bar. Chewy with a bit of a crunch, but not enough to make a contrast of texture. Slight grainy well chewing as well. Flavor is alright, but nothing overwhelming. I definitely could of done with more spice in this bar. Icing glaze wasn’t very sweet either. Macros are alright, but fat is getting high at 9g. Not nearly as good as @muscletech or @fitcrunchbars cinnamon flavor.

Good macro split to start it off. Nice Chocolate aroma when opening. Chocolate coated, chocolate filled, some crisps throughout, and sprinkles to top. Visually pretty appealing. Decent amount of crisps in the bar but they don’t withstand to give it a crunch. Decent chew in the bar, but overall very bland tasting bar and loses any flavor extremely fast. Also felt it left a bad aftertaste. Definitely wasn’t impressed with this bar. Overall pretty unimpressed with the One line. One more left to try.

210 cals / 8f / 24c / 21p
Average size bar at 60g. Chocolate coating with a cookie dough filling. Faint chocolate aroma is all the noise feels you get with this one. Decent split on macros, but a big reason One bars won’t ever replace bars like quest are the sugar alcohols. Quite a few people can’t handle them. Decent chew with this bar but not much for texture. This one didn’t finish off grainy like a lot of their other bars did for me which is a plus. Does have some chocolate chips scattered throughout the bar. The chocolate coating I did expect to be slightly stronger as it’s a decent coating but wasn’t. The filling did give you a decent cookie dough feel being soft and chewy. Could maybe use a touch of vanilla to help enhance the flavor imo. Decent bar, decent flavors, but nothing WOW here.
Hope you all enjoyed the reviews!

@fitjoynutrition Frosted Cinnamon Roll – 230cal 8f/23c/20p and 11g of fiber.
Very similar macros and size as a Quest. Similar texture as well, except they added in some whey crisps as well as ground almonds for some texture which was nice. I would say add in a bit more crisps for crunch and the texture is solid. Cinnamon base bar with an icing drizzle as well as a coating on bottom. Great aroma when first opening up the package. Flavored with Stevia so i know a lot of people will be happy with that. I do think the bar could use a bit more sweetness in it, yet this is the first cinnamon bar I ate that I felt had real spices used in it. This definitely is on par with @combatcrunch CT, with CT edging out on texture. Very solid bar, definitely a better choice over Quest cinnamon. Excited to try the others.
8/10 would eat again.

@fitjoynutrition Chocolate Peanut Butter
220cal – 7f – 24c – 20p – 12fiber
Right away the smell gets ya. Great blend of peanut butter and chocolate. Reminds you of smelling a Reese’s wrapper or something haha. Dense chocolate bar with a peanut butter undercoating and peanuts scattered throughout the bar, pretty evenly I might add. Extremely chewy bar. Flavors unfortunately were slightly underwhelming. Neither seemed to really stand out. You would get just a bit of both flavors, but nothing overpowering, and not very sweet. Room temp seemed to have just a smidge more peanut butter flavor and heating brought out the chocolate. Heating it up though was a game changer. Made it smell like a fresh brownie. Also helped bring out the flavors a bit more. Nuts helped to add some texture, but something else was needed. Still, I would call this an upgraded Quest bar. Similar base, but they seem to be trying to spice the bar up a bit more. Worth mentioning macros really aren’t that bad for being a choc/peanut butter bar.
7/10 , would eat and not complain but prolly not buy.
@fitjoynutrition iced chocolate brownie review for #nationalchocolateday or world chocolate day or w.e 😂
230cal 8f/ 25c / 20p and 12f
Standard 60g bar. Chocolate coating, chocolate filling, and a chocolate drizzle over the top. Visible pecans in the bar as well. Nice chocolate aroma similar to a tootsie roll smell. Very nice chew in this bar with very small crispies in it, and maybe small chocolate chips? I enjoyed the chocolate flavor quite a bit actually with this bar. Smooth, not too tart and not too sweet. Did get a bit grainy and lose flavor slightly the more you chewed though. It’s nice to see an addition of the pecans, but I felt they didn’t add much flavor or texture to the bar itself. Sub em out and drop the fat. Main protein source is from an Isolate so that’s nice. Warming this up made it way better. Made it seem like more of a brownie, could better taste the pecans, and made the chocolate taste better.
@fitjoynutrition Chocolate Mint Review
220cal / 7f / 25c / 20p / 13f
Off the bat as soon as you open this up its like opening up a pack of thin mints meets peppermint patties😍 solid chocolate bar with a chocolate coating. Visually a very average bar. Very chewy bar with a few crispies in there to add just a small crunch factor, but just enough to know its there. Mint is definitely the star here. You get a bit of chocolate flavoring when you start chewing but as you continue to chew the mint becomes WAY more prevalent. They definitely flavored the mint well, as most bars make it way too menthol tasting. They didn’t. Honestly reminds me of eating a peppermint patty. Mint is a bit strong compared to the chocolate. If they would throw in a chocolate thin mint type layer just to have a bit more supporting flavor to tone down the mint just a bit, they would of hit a home run with this.
This bar and Cinnamon Roll were my ✌ favorites from the @fitjoynutrition line. I will be doing a YouTube video where I revisit each bar and make updated reviews. Excited to see where this bar company goes.

@fitjoynutrition chocolate chip cookie dough.
220cal / 7f / 25c / 20p
Visible chocolate chunks spread throughout the bar. Very soft and chewy texture. Reminds me of the big 100 CCCD bar texture wise. Unfortunately for me this was the worst bar in the line. The cookie dough part of the bar didn’t really have much flavor at all, and the chips although there were quite a few weren’t sweet enough to save the bar.
@fitjoynutrition French Vanilla Almond
220cal / 8f / 23c / 20p
visually very appealing with a white yogurt coated bottom, tan layer with nuts scattered, and a nice white drizzle over the top. Very nice vanilla aroma to accompany. Very soft bar with a nice chew. They have some crisps in the bar along with the combination of nuts I wish there was a bit more texture but still on the softer side. As you chew the vanilla flavor definitely is the star here. This is one of my favorites from the line. This along with cinnamon roll and mint chocolate.
All Fitjoy bars are also GF, GMO free, no atricfical colors, flavors, or sweetners.
@fitjoynutrition homemade pumpkin pie review
220 cal / 7f / 25c / 20p
Decent cinnamon aroma to the bar, almost the same as their cinnamon roll bar 🤔, pumpkin colored bar with white yogurt coating and drizzle on top with cinnamon crisps on the top of the bar. Average 62g bar, and decent macro split. Visually appealing. Decent chew but needs more texture contrast. Flavor starts off decent but fads as you chew it and gets that typical ISO-1 bland finish. Was hoping for better spice with this one. Cinnamon wasn’t very strong, and nutmeg didn’t make it in the bar either.
Very bland and not very tasty imo. Let down since I’m a huge pumpkin fan.
@fitjoynutrition peppermint review
230 cal / 24 c / 20 p
Visually appealing other than random spots of greenish yellow? Very strong peppermint aroma. I was worried with how it smelled that it would be super overpowering in mint but it wasn’t. Enough to know it’s a peppermint bar but not enough to kill ya. I unfortunately thought that the support flavors weren’t very strong and it left you wanting more. Good macros on the bar, and a good chew. Peppermint bits offer just a slight crunch factor. Leaves quite the peppermint aftertaste in your mouth. Definitely not the worst for joy bar, but I don’t think this would be a bar I could eat everyday.
Worth buying for the season, but that’s it.
@fitjoynutrition Ice Gingerbread review
220 cal / 7f / 24c / 20p
Faint Gingerbread aroma. Pretty much reminds me of their cinnamon bar smell wise. Tan bar with white side/undercoating and small ‘Gingerbread bits’ scattered on the top. Overall macros are pretty standard and in good ratio’s. Small crisps scattered throughout the bar to give crunch factor. Overall I’m pretty let down on the flavor. You mainly get all the Gingerbread flavor if you get one of the bits that they put on the top, if not it’s a pretty bland tasting bar. Just super vague spices in the back drop.
Definitely won’t be getting these again.
@fitjoynutrition Birthday Cake Review
230 cal / 8f / 22c / 20p
Finally a fitjoy bar that looks slightly different than all the rest. Macro split pretty average on this bar. White coating with the effects of sprinkles and a tan filling. Sprinkles are just colored, no added crunch. Dry chewy bar, slight vanilla back taste, but overall pretty bland Bar. After your first 3 chomps after biting the flavor pretty much is non existent and eats bland AF. Definitely a whey taste with this. Definitely not the best bday cake bar on the market. Would high recommend the @muscletech bday cake over this.

Once you start buying bars though you will soon realize you are limited to very few actual flavors. Cookies ‘n Creme, Chocolate, Cinnamon, etc, etc. Well my friends, I got a special treat for you today. I absolutely LOVE Biscoff spread. I would go to say that it is THE best spread on the market. Once I decided to make my own protein bar, I knew what flavor I had to make.
