First thing to mention is the nice split of macros. Honestly roughly 5-8g of fat and 20-30g of carbs and protein is typically what I’m looking for in a bar. Very strong Raspberry aroma here but does has a artificial tinge to it. Bars dipped in chocolate then finished with a chocolate drizzle. Very soft texture to the touch. Soft when bitten in to and no real crunch factor. Few whey crisps but they get lost. Pretty much the only flavor I get in this bar is artificial Raspberry. I don’t have any chocolate flavors on the tongue at all. Trying the chocolate by itself was very meh. Unsweetened and didn’t offer much. Overall for me the artificial Raspberry is a bit to much for me. Takes over everything and lingers in your mouth. .
Overall 4.5/10. 
IMO the bar is edible is you absolutely need something and your friend says he’s got the hook up(which he clearly doesn’t) and lets you pick between this or @bpi_sports best bars(see previous reviews). .

Again a very unappealing bar on the visual and aroma side of things. Tan bar with a yellowish white coating mimicking icing I would assume. Just a few small sprinkles scattered throughout the bar as well. Honesty I couldn’t even hammer out a smell on this bar, I think they were trying for a bday cake aroma or something but it’s to faint. Very very weird off putting taste as soon as you bite into, with a weird texture. You think it would be soft n chewy but it almost has a plastic feel to it. No real taste either other than a bit of sweetness at the end. I took only as many bites needed to make this review. Yet another dissipointment from @bpi_sports and their bars. Definitely sad I wasted money on these, but I knew I would not be surprised, yet I had to do it for you #fitfam .

Visually extremely unappealing here. Tan bar with a white bottom coating with pretzels scattered through out. Not really much of a smell here. Kinda just like their other bars. Little bit of white chocolate that’s it, but not a very pleasant smell. Very bland taste here. Extremely sticky, I don’t taste pretzel or w.choc, almost no crunch from the pretzel and you really only get a small vanilla sweet taste twords the end. Very disappointed with this bar. Little high on the macros being 9f and 32 c but they say it’s only 12 net carbs cause of fiber but I don’t follow that. I definitely would never buy this again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. .

I like the macros off the bat as the last few newer quest bars were coming in at 9g or more. Visually it’s the very common quest base tan, as flavored mocha with chocolate #chunkporn throughout the bar. Slight mocha, coffee aroma to the bar but very hard to smell imo. Typical for quest I heated one half of the bar and left the other room temp. The room temp bar had good chew but I felt the mocha flavor really lacked until the very end of the bite. It also was just a tad bit grainy as well. Heated up bar made for a better texture but still was a bit grainy or pasty. You get just a hint of mocha or coffee overall. When taken with a chunk of chocolate it can almost give a burnt coffee flavor. The more you ate the bar the more the flavor built in your mouth, you got a bit more flavor after eating the Bar. Was nice to see a coffee flavor come to market but I think it needs a bit of work. Decent to munch on but I wouldn’t buy a whole box, and would choose other flavors to this.

First off this smells amazing. Like a Rice Krispie with just a hint of peanut butter. Breaking it in half was unexpected when it easily broke apart just like a Rice Krispie. Good bit of crunch with this bar. You get a bit of a marshmallow taste off the bat then more pb as you chew. I definitely would of loved to either see the pb play a bigger role since it’s a pb focused bar, or get more from the marshmallow. The addition of small nuts throughout the bar was nice and worth mentioning. Finished just a bit dry and grainy, but not terrible.
I would eat this again.
7.8/10 I couldn’t decide between 7.5 or 8.

Very strong toffee aroma. White marshmallow Rice Krispie style bar with pieces of pretzel in it and a white drizzle. Very soft when breaking in half. Overall pretty lacking on flavor. You get a hint of toffee when you first bite into it most the flavor falls into the back drop. If you get a bite with pretzel in it the salty crunch adds a bit to the bar, but overall base flavor is weak. The bar also finishes just slightly grainy.
Overall not terrible but wouldn’t buy again.

First off worth mentioning the strong Chocolate flavor this bar gives off. Nice on the nose. Chocolate rice crispy bar essentially,drizzled in chocolate, then dipped the bottom in it as well. Average size bar and macros to go with it. Good bit of crunch with this bar and has a good chew to accompany it. Chocolate flavor is average here. It’s not super strong, but you know your eating a chocolate flavored protein bar. Bar also finished very dry in your mouth so make sure you have some water or something to wash it down. .
6.5/10 .

Visually the most appealing of the muscle brownies. Brownie brownie wth a white drizzle and looks like cookie pieces as well. Faint Oreo like aroma. Texture is very similar to the other brownies. Chewy. Idk if it’s just me but it almost has a cherry flavor to it. Cookies pieces did help give it a bit of crunch but flavor was lacking. You get a big rush of sweetness then everything fades away and your left with a bland aftertaste. Felt like the chocolate could do with a bit of work as well. Would rate this a bit higher than the PB brownie though. Also seemed rather salty, this just me?

Dense 65g brownie wth a PB drizzle on the top. Slight PB aroma but nothing strong. Very very dense when you bite into it. Very bland and honestly no real flavor at all. You really don’t get any peanut butter and really no chocolate taste either. Warming it up made it slightly better but doesn’t save it.

For the calorie hit just grab a @musclemeds carnivore brownie as they are delicious

65g brownie so about the same weight as a standard protein bar. Brownie base with a chocolate drizzle over the top. Real good chocolate aroma, very dense, very chewy, and gave a similar feel to a brownie. Unfortunately I felt it was way to under sweet, and it had a weird after taste to accompany the flavor. Throwing it in the microwave did help enhance the flavor slightly but still wasn’t enough. I believe these come in at just under 2$ which price for macros is a decent deal but still missing out on the flavor. For the taste, macros are to high.

So, I love muffins. I dislike all of the fat that is usually accompanied with them. They are so good, with so many different flavor combos. Unfortunately, I don’t travel out to get them as they take a toll on my macros. Lucky for you all I can do a bit of baking! I whipped up these Orange and Cherry muffins well keeping in mind, LOW FAT!

Well…… I came through guys. 100 calories for these delicious muffins. Actually 94 cals to be exact!


  • Cals – 94
  • Fat – .8g
  • Carbs – 10.1g
  • Protein – 7.5g
  • Fiber – 2.3g



    • 4 Scoops GNC Orange Lean Shake(Can use regular protein but will need to adjust. Lean shake is 104g total grams of powder, but it also has some carbs/fiber with it. Might just need to add in more of a fat source going straight protein)
    • 21g Coconut Flour

Bob’s Red Mill – Organic Coconut Flour, 16 Ounces

    • 10g Truvia or granulated sugar of choice

Truvia Natural Sweetener, Baking Blend, 1.5 Pound

  • 14g Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
  • 8g SF FF Vanilla Pudding mix
  • 138g(3svg)  Liquid Egg whites
  • 200g 0% Plain Greek yogurt
  • 40g Dried Cherries
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/4-1/2 Orange Extract(more extract if not using orange protein powder)
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. In a bowl place your protein, coconut flour, sweeteners, baking powder and pudding mix. Combine all ingredients well.
  3. Next place in your eggs, vanilla, yogurt, and orange extract. Combine into dry mix.
  4. I then placed 15g of my dried cherries into the mix and stirred well.
  5. Place batter evenly into a sprayed muffin tin. I got 10 total. Adjust for macros and desired size.
  6. Place remaining cherries on top of each muffin,. I averaged 2-3 per muffin.
  7. Place on the middle rack of your oven and bake for 15-18 minutes. Baking times vary from protein to protein.
  8. Use the toothpick method to check if done. Once Done, pull out and place on cooling rack.
  9. After 10 minutes, remove from muffin tin and place back on cooling rack to finish baking.
