You scream, I scream, We all scream, for ICE CREAM!
I love ice cream just as much as the next guy. Heck, I live in the Dairy state(Wisconsin) so I have dairy in my blood. Ice cream is practically my blood type at this point in my life. Now, the issue with this is that I count macros(Flexible Dieting intro here), and I typically run pretty low fat (55-65G) a day so that unfortunately doesn’t leave to much room for a big bowl of full fat ice cream. Now if this sounds like a similar situation you find yourself in, keep reading….. I got a solution for you.
What I have for you is a easy, delicious, and low fat ice cream option! You can make this gluten free, organic, all natural, dairy free, and all those other no no’s people cant have.
Macros: Makes 1-2 servings(picture for reference)
- Calories – 333
- Fat – 2.5g
- Carbs – 67.8g
- Protein – 17.1g
- 270g Frozen Ripe Banana(You can freeze at any point depending on taste preference)
- .5-1 scoop Muscletech Vanilla Ice Cream Whey
- 2.0 oz Milk of choice
- Optional ingredients – Flavor Drops, Syrups, Fruit, Chocolate, Peanut butter, and anything else you would flavor ice cream with!
- Freeze your banana(I like to cut it into chunks)
- Once froze, place in food processor or blender. Start pulsing until a ice cream looking texture appears. It will get chunky first, then after a bit it will come together.
- Once you start to see your banana coming together, add in your protein, milk, and any other flavorings you want. In this particular pictured nice cream, I added in 5 drops of Toffee flavoring.
- Blend just a bit longer to bring everything together.
- You can choose to eat right away, or I like to put it into a Tupperware container and put it back in the freezer to harden up even more. Every 30 min – 1 hour take it out and stir it to help it freeze evenly.
- Mix in your favorite ice cream toppings, or eat plain!
Such an easy way to enjoy something very similar to ice cream made with such easy, healthy ingredients! Be sure to like and share this recipe! I’m sure it will be a hit come summer!

Hello and Welcome!
If you are reading this then that means you are interested in my very first Recipe book! I have spent months fine tuning this book to make it as user friendly as possible and easy for my IIFYM family! I have included 11 of some of my favorite sweet recipes. I have a few seasonal favorites, cakes, brownies, cookies, and more! Some bake, some no bake, chocolate, peanut butter, it keeps going!
I have tried to make every recipe as simple and user friendly as possible, so even if you have little to no baking experience you will still be able to make some killer baked goods!
Listed in each recipe is a detailed ingredient list, tool list, macros listed, and a note section with a few helpful pointers to get you through! Scale is not required but it is recommended as everything is listed in either grams or ounces.
I have spent quite a bit of time on this so I hope you enjoy!

I just wanted to get on here and shed a bit of light on why I haven’t been active as of late.
I have been getting many requests for a ebook to come out so I finally caved in and agreed. It would of been a better idea if I knew how to make one ahaha. None the less it Is my mission to figure this out and get it released as fast as possible. With that side that is why I haven’t been posting to much on here especially recipes because I am only making a few over and over to fine out the details and get it book ready. Obviously if I am going to be putting them in a book, I cant be posting them for free on here now can I?
With that being said, I am going to try and shoot for a mid November release. I will be starting to take all the photos and write up ingredient/directions this week and the next. After that it will just be figuring out how to transfer it all into ebook format.
Now until the book is released I am going to try and share other avenues that may interest you. I have just started Layne Nortons new #ph3trainer. Im one week in, and I think I may try and document my progress through out it. I also want to start sharing articles, videos, podcasts, and maybe even my own perspective articles to give a bit more content to the site rather than just recipes…. although I know that’s why you all are really here 😀 If there is anything else you guys would like to see please let me know !!!!
So please bare with me as I am so technological stupid these things take me time. If you are versed in ebook making please feel free to reach out as I will take all the help I can get!
