Most the time when fruit gets to ripe I get sad, cause of course I hate throwing away food. It’s the worst! Thankfully, my friend the banana just transforms into the amazing baking goddess that she is. Yes, my banana’s are shes. I just now made that up. Anyway, so I love when my bananas get ripe. It doesn’t happen to often as I eat them daily, but on the rare occasion that they do get ripe, I get excited. Banana is a high rated flavor for me, and it always pairs well with chocolate so that’s where I started. Looking through the cupboard I see a can of white beans. I haven’t baked with white beans since my first e-book. I had a few cans taking up space so I figured why not?


  • Calories – 213
  • Fat – 5g
  • Carbs – 35g
  • Protein – 11g
  • Fiber – 3.5g


  • 2 Scoops Vanilla Whey 
  • 60g Whole Wheat Flour 
  • 60g All Purpose Flour 
  • 250g Rinsed and dried Cannellini Beans 
  • 50g Truvia 
  • 2 Whole Eggs 
  • 250g Ripe banana (2 whole bananas) 
  • 3 oz Syrup(honey, agave, maple syrup all would work)
  • 122g Unsweetened Applesauce 
  • 42g Melted Lite Butter 
  • 1 tsp Vanilla 
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 
  • 1/4 tsp Banana Extract 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 42g Chocolate Chips (I used semi sweet) 


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a 9 in pan with non stick spray(I used a spring form pan)
  3. Place your beans, banana, syrup, and butter in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Next add in your eggs and your extracts and blend once again.
  5. In a separate bowl sift all of your dry mix together to help ensure even distribution.
  6. Proceed to then pour dry mix into the food processor and blend until everything is incorporated. Use a spat to scrape down the sides if needed.
  7. Lastly, add in 28g of your chips and pulse just a few times to incorporate the chips.
  8. Pour your batter into your sprayed baking pan and place in the middle of the oven.
  9. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Remove from the oven and place on a cooling rack. After 10 minutes, remove from pan and continue cooling.
  11. Once cooled, slice into 8 pieces and enjoy!

Fudgy Monkey Stuffed French Toast


Caramelized banana and @dymatize fudge stuffed french toast with a @nutsnmore white chocolate drizzle.

Now doesn’t that sound good as hell. I regret not adding chocolate covered pretzels to this……. I know big fail

1.First cut off edges of Bread.

2.Next Take a roller or glass and flatten bread.
3.In a bowl Mix 2oz cream cheese, ½ scoop protein, and a bit of water till you get a thick frosting.

4.Take frosting and spread evenly across your 4 slices of bread leaving just a bit out for later.

5.Spray and heat your pan, I also added a covering of 0 cal butter spray.
6.Once hot add in 3g of honey, and 4g of brown sugar. Cook down until close to a syrup then add in your banana thinly chopped. Cook down until they become golden brown and covered in the glaze or syrup.

7.Then take bananas and evenly place them along 1 edge of all 4 slices of bread.

8.Carefully roll up your slices of bread and firmly press to hold together.

9.Grab another bowl and whisk your egg white, dash of milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. (At this time re spray and heat your pan you fried the banana’s in)
10.Once Whisked, carefully add your french toast and coat evenly and add to the skillet cooking all sides. 

11.Lastly take your remaining filling and place on the plate for decoration and so they have something  to sit on as well.

Now there is so much you can do here. I also had planned on stuffing with chocolate chips or pb chips, and topping with candied bacon, but I wanted to keep it Macro friendly for my teammates over at #teamwag. Check out Workingagainstgravity if you wanna get involved.

Oh shit I dont have any pumpkin! Thank god for ripe Banana’s

After seeing multiple brownie posts yesterday I decided I was going to make a batch. Had a can of beans I needed to burn threw, it was going to be glorious!

Well I throw my shepards pie in the oven, and start getting all my ingredients together. Run down to the pantry to grab another can of pumpkin thinking I got at least two stashed. Im moving around multiple cans of beans but cant find any pumpkin anywhere! Thank god I had 4 ripe banana’s sitting in the fridge so I decided I would roll with that.

I didn’t get fancy and do wet with wet , dry with dry I just dumped it all in a bowl,,,,,, as usual.


120g White Bean(ground)

71g Ripe Banana

2 egg whites

1 sc protein

2 svg stevia or sweetner of choice

15g self rising flour

14g Coconut Flour

14g Chocolate chips

Baking powder


Splash of almond milk

Pancake Syrup

Got the protein, eggs, syrup, chips, flour, sweetners all in a bowl and im mixing.


Added in more flour and a splash of almond milk


Transfer into a 8×8 sprayed and or lined baking dish. I added some chocolate sauce to the top


Bake for 18 min at 350


After I took them out I crumbled an oreo, and @ecpk cookie dough on top


After letting them cool I made a quick drizzle out of 15G Biscoff spread, some caramel syrup, and almond milk. Pour over everything.

Slice into 9 pieces and eat with your favorite ice cream.

Macros with out toppings for whole pan : 542Cal 8.7f / 70.6c / 46.8 p

Macros per 1 slice : 60cal .9f/ 7.8 c / 5.2 p

These were pretty good. I think I may build on these. If I had more protein  left I woulda thrown in pb into the mix.

Peanutbutter Banana Bread v1


Hey guys, I thought I would quick throw up a recipe for the banana bread I made the other day. This is the first version, so many more to come. Had to test the waters with a good base, now to experiment with ingredients. Didn’t do it step by step for that exact reason. Lots of fine tuning I would like to do.

I took

1 svg Light and Fluffy Pancake Mix

2.5 egg whites

280g ripe banana

6g Psyllium Husk

68g PB Marshmallow @cellucor whey

Cinnamon and baking powder

1 packet of stevia

Enough Almond milk  to mix.

Bake at 335 F for about 50 min. Take out and let cool on a raised surface. Serve warm, or stick in fridge to serve cold.

Top with your favorite spreads or sauces.


Cut this bad boy into 8 slices.

Macros per slice –  96cals .6g fat / 14.2g of carbs / 8.6g of protein

Macros for whole loaf – 770cals  4.9g of fat / 113.4g of carbs / 68.8g of protein

Now, With this base down things I plan to add or do differently.

I will try coconut flour, and oat flour instead of pancake mix.

I will add in Chocolate or Peanut butter chips into and on top of the mix.

Add in maple syrup or honey for even more sweetness.

Possibly add in pudding mix, or applesauce/pumpkin.

Add in some nut butters
